Industrial OEM pH/ORP/ISE with TC (Temperature Compensation) Transducer Interface Board.


The board is designed to perform pH, ORP and Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) unity-gain signal amplification and resistance matching with additional temperature reading function.


If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive boards and instruments, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks, or a pricey PLC.


The board is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional electrochemistry pH, ORP or ISE and temperature readings, The board offers the features you need.


Mounted easily via 0.125" mounting holes using 4-40 screws (optional) and wire via convenient conventional industrial standards cage up terminal blocks (TB).


Setting the board is simple, just follow these easy steps:


1. Power the board of 10 to 24V AC or DC. Preferred stable 24V DC (industrial standard). Model A. Or via custom DC Voltage Model B. 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V, 6.0V, 8.0V or 9.0V DC.


2. Connect Digital Volt Meter (DVM), PLC or differential Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) to the board output


3. Connect Digital Volt Meter (DVM), PLC or differential Analog to Digital Converter to the board TC output


4. Terminal Block wires connection: Connect your electrode's BNC connector to the inputs. pH, ORP or ISE (left), Temperature (right)


The board is ideal when an electrode high impedance signal is required by external remote system such as PLC.

Shown above (B/W picture), 35mm DIN-Rail's mounting of Five sets of pH Temperature and ORP installation, a total of 15 electrodes. Each individual set is isolated via its own isolated dual output coils transformer. Where, all the transducers output connected ether to PLC or Data Acquisition.




This DIN-Rail "plug and play EID's transducers and interface boards technology," are typically mounted in a water proof NEMA enclosure. This allows the field user to change electrode or transducer while removing the power only from one or transducer or few transducers a the time. Additionally it allows one to set a system where hundred and thousand of channels of electro chemistry transducers are requires such a water treatments facilities etc.
