OEM TRANSDUCER–VFC-OG - Isolated Voltage to Frequency Converter Industrial Super Transducer. With Offset and Gain adjustments.

 

The TRANSDUCER–VFC-OG isolated voltage to frequency converter is a voltage signal to frequency pulse 10KHz (Proportional)  super transducer board for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), electro-hydraulic and servo electronics; actuator, dampers, bleed pilot valve, globe valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, dampers and more. Commonly utilized as the heart of VFC In-Line Amplifier VFC-ILA.

 

The TRANSDUCER–VFC-OG board is designed to perform voltage to frequency conversion (transducer). If used properly, it will eliminate the need for an expensive board, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

 

The TRANSDUCER–VFC-OG  is easy to install, setup, and operate. If you want to do professional voltage to isolated frequency related functions, The TRANSDUCER–VFC-OG offers the features you need. It can be mounted easily via 0.125" mounting holes using 4-40 screws.

 

Simply connect the board to power connect your voltage source i.e. 0 to 10V to the board input and it will convert it to frequency pulse 0-10KHz (model depended).

 

Note: 1HZ = 60RPM therefore 10KHz => 600000 RPM. We chose input of 0 to 10V because standard PLC and industrial interface excepts transducers with 0-10KHZ input. Whoever we also have 0-2KHZ and 0-5KHZ models.

 

 

Our TRANSDUCER–VFC-OG OEM Isolated Voltage to Frequency Converter (VFC) board is designed to convert a an analog voltage to optical isolated continuous series of digital pulses (frequency).

 

Super performance in is class; The Industrial board Offset and Gain adjustment allows the unit to deliver full-scale output frequency for any voltage input  within the limits of voltage and frequency range rating. It will provide an ultimate combination of fast response and low ripple.

 

Note: For systems that requires opto isolated signal output i.e. voltage to voltage converter, use our OEM FVC (frequency to Voltage board) together with the ISO VFC board. I.e. The industrial signal 0-10VDC will convert to isolated frequency 0-10KHZ and then back to 0-10VDC.

Board Powering--

 

Below are some power supply example for generating -/+ 15VDC required to power the isolated voltage to frequency transducer. The module requires a bipolar 30VDC power supply (+/-15 V DC) for operation.
